Bethany Nelson is an artist from the Ti Tree community in the Northern Territory. Ti Tree is located directly north of Alice Springs by approximately 200km. Born in 1997, Bethany paints stories associated with the Bush Medicine plant, as well as stories depicting women ceremonial practices. These two stories are intertwined with one another, ceremonial practices are often to do with celebrating the Bush Medicine plant.
