Fiona paints her mother’s and father’s Dreaming, the sites of Yumara, Punkilpirri and Tjalili. Her works are rich in traditional iconography and expresses the stories passed down by her mother and father. These sites are places for ceremonies and the area to source water and vital bush foods. She paints looking down on her country; the rockholes at Yumari, Tjukurla, Punkilpirri and Tjalili, and their travels between these rock holes.
