Esther’s tells two Dreaming stories. The first is ‘My Country’ referring to the traditional lands of the Pintupi language speakers of the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Her other Dreaming story is titled ‘Kunga – All the Women’ - this shows the dancing tracks left in the ground of the women (Kunga in Pintupi language) during ceremony. Also known as ‘Songlines’. Specifically, the traditional lands that Esther paints is an important site where an abundance of bush raisins grow.
