Vaughan Springs is an important waterhole and natural spring located near Mt Doreen Station. Vaughan Springs Dreaming tells the story of two Rainbow Serpents who lived together as man and wife. The woman 'Rainbow Serpent' was of the Napanangka skin group, while the man 'Rainbow Serpent' was of the Japangardi skin group.
